What can I say about Pixar that hasn’t already been said by much more prestige movie critics… Pixar knows how to hit your feels without being too cheesy about it. With the exception of a few missteps (Cars 2, obviously), they can do no wrong. Here’s how I’m ranking the Pixar movies so far…
It’s been almost 20 years since Spider-Man showed up on the big screen despite existing in other media for 50-some years starting off in comic books to TV. These days Tom Holland gets all the love as being the best iteration of Peter Parker/Spider-Man but the Sam Rami/Tobey Maguire version does have its moments.
I took some time during this lock-down to rewatch the trilogy that made comic book movies an almost surefire blockbuster hit. This is not necessarily a review as its just me almost liveblogging the experience.
One of the few foods I can easily eat every day and not get bored. I love me a good burger. While there are plenty of great local spots I enjoy (shoutout to Burger Basket you the real M.V.P.), this list is for the chains – the franchises – burger joints that cover large amounts of territory. Please be aware I’m a west coast guy so if there’s a midwest or east coast chain not on this list, sorry. Perhaps I’ll make a trip out east and do an update to this ranking.
